Jeff Shatzko, owner of Z-KO Construction, is a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter with 23 years of hands-on experience in residential construction. Growing up surrounded by trades and craftsmanship, Jeff learned early that true quality comes from knowledge, discipline, and doing the job right the first time.
Jeff stays current with modern building technologies and energy-efficient building practices, ensuring every home is designed to meet today’s standards for comfort, durability, and performance. His hands-on approach means he is personally involved in each stage of the build — overseeing details, guiding the process, and ensuring the final product is built to last.
